i found how:

find this file:
yousite/mambots/content/akocommentbot.php

then find this lines and delete them:

$akocpversion = "Powered by AkoComment Tweaked Special Edition v." . _AKOCOMMENT_TW_SE_VERSION;
$akocpversion .= "AkoComment © Copyright 2004 by Arthur Konze - www.mamboportal.comAll right reserved";
