i get this message alot:

Maxthon has blocked an error.Fault address: 42F6D371 01:0007C371 C:\WINDOWS\system32\ie_frame_.dll

and this:

Maxthon has blocked an error.Fault address: 00445254 01:00044254 C:\Program Files\Maxthon\Maxthon.exe

what to do?

uninstall IE7 and then install it again. this should solve your problem.
